14.00 pm till 17.30 pm
These times may vary dependent on which doctor is working.
We are currently under caretaking arrangements. Drs will be covering the surgeries Monday to Friday between 8.30 am and 6.00 pm
When the surgery is closed and you need to see or speak to someone the telephone answering machine will direct you to call NHS 111. Your call will be triaged and your details passed to Badger OOH if felt necessary. This service is available between 18:30 - 08:00 each weekday and all day on Saturdays, Sundays and Bank Holidays.
However, if you need to see or speak to someone between 18:00 and 18:30 Monday to Friday or 08:00 and 08:30 Monday to Friday you will need to ring South Doc on 0121 415 2090. Our telephone answering machine will, again, direct you to call this number between these times.
The out of hours service is commissioned by Birmingham Cross City CCG.
Please do not ask to see a doctor out of hours unless you genuinely cannot wait until the surgery re-opens.
Call 999 in an emergency. Chest pains and / or shortness of breath constitute an emergency.
