New Patient Registrationregister_now_blue_sign

We can accept anyone living within the practice boundary as a permanent patient. In order to register you should bring your medical card (if you have one) to reception where a member of staff will complete the registration process with you. You do not need to inform your previous doctor that you are registering with a new practice as your records will be sent on to us within a couple of weeks.

Your registration is with the practice and not with an individual doctor but you are welcome to specify who you want to see. You are advised to book appointments well in advance if you wish to see a particular doctor.

At the time of registration you will be offered a new patient health check with the nurse or health care assistant. This is important as it gives us the opportunity to assess your previous medical history and advise you of any specialist services we offer that might be of benefit. It will also provide us with some baseline data about your general health until your medical records arrive.

Medical treatment is available from the date of registration.  Please contact reception for further information.
