Please telephone or call in at the surgery to make an appointment. Urgent cases will always be seen the same day. Consultations are for one patient only so please make a  separate appointment if more than one person needs to be seen. Routine appointment slots are for 10 minutes so if you think you may need longer please book a double appointment.

Although you are registered with one of the doctors you may see the doctor of your choice, however,  in an emergency this may not be possible.  If your usual doctor is away, his/her work will be covered by other partners or a locum.

Telephone Advice

If you feel that your problem can be dealt over the telephone rather than by visiting the surgery please call and ask the reception staff to offer you a telephone consultation.  The doctors each offer a small number of these appointments daily.  Please make sure you are always available to receive a call back from the doctor if you have requested this service.

Practice Nurses

In a number of cases it might be worth considering an appointment with a practice nurse rather than a doctor. Practice nurses are qualified to deal with many ailments and you may be seen more quickly.

If you cannot attend an appointment for any reason please inform us as soon as possible in order for us to give the slot to someone else.
